Event Policies & Fees
Events require prior approval and written authorization.
Event Fees (in addition to rental):
- Up to 25 attendees: $500
- 26–50 attendees: $1,000
- 51–100 attendees: $1,500
- Maximum total attendees: 100 (including overnight guests)
Requirements:
- Minimum stay: 5 nights (7 nights during high season & holidays)
- Approved event planners only:
Jennifer or Manda from Turtle Bay Weddings - Professional planner is mandatory and responsible for:
- Setup and breakdown
- Event coordination
- Post-event cleanup
Security Deposit:
- $1,000 for events up to 25 guests
- $2,000 for events with 26–100 guests
- Fully refundable pending inspection
Additional Guidelines:
- Events must conclude by midnight
- All events approved on a case-by-case basis
